Was born on February 5, 1949 in Chebarkul, Chelyabinsk region, in the family of a military.


After leaving school he worked at Azovkabel plant in Berdyansk.

In 1968 – 1970 he passed military service. After demobilization, he enrolled at the Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. Osipenko at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics where he studied during 1970-1975. Upon graduation he received a diploma


General Technical Disciplines and Physics, Teacher of Mathematics and Physics (diploma A-II №050644) Worked in the direction of the Secondary School No. 2 Vesely, Zaporizhzhya region.

Since 1980 works at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. In 1999 he defended his Ph.D. thesis “Formation of pedagogical institutes of professional readiness for the organization of research work with students by physicist students” (supervisor – doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor OV Sergeyev). In 2002 he was awarded the rank of docent.

From 2001 to 2009 he holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. Since 2011 he is a doctoral candidate at the National Dragomanov Pedagogical University (scientific adviser Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor AV Kaspersky).

Awarded with the diploma of the Department of Education and Science of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration; diploma of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) for the training of talented students; diploma of the Presidium of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Ukraine a diploma from the Zaporizhzhya Regional Council; diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
