Biography

Okeksii Krasnozhon in 1997 graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Berdyansk State Pedagogical Institute named after Polina Osipenko and received the qualification of “teacher of mathematics, computer science and computer engineering.”

At the Department of Mathematics and Methods of Teaching Mathematics Oleksii Krasnozhon has been working since 2000.
The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of pedagogical sciences on a theme “System of mathematical preparation of future teachers of physics in the conditions of use of information and communication technologies” Oleksii Krasnozhon defended in 2006 in the specialized academic council of the National Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Drahomanov of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the specialty 13.00.02 “Theory and methods of teaching (mathematics)”. By the decision of the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in 2010 Oleksii Krasnozhon awarded the academic title of associate professor of mathematical modeling and computational mathematics.

During the scientific and pedagogical work at the University Oleksii Krasnozhon has prepared several winners of all-Ukrainian and international student mathematical Olympiads. He was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Scientific and pedagogical activity

Oleksii Krasnozhon in different years taught and teaches the following disciplines: Elementary mathematics, Mathematical logic, Higher mathematics,
Differential geometry and topology, Differential equations, Calculation methods, Selected issues of school mathematics course, Information and communication technology Education, Analytical Geometry, Probability theory with elements of mathematical statistics. Provides scientific guidance for the final qualification works of masters, participates in the work on the complex departmental theme 0116U008837 “Theoretical and methodological aspects of the introduction of innovative technologies in the teaching of mathematics in secondary and pedagogical higher education.”

Research interests:

computer-oriented methodical systems of teaching mathematical disciplines in a pedagogical higher educational institution.
