Teaching staff

The Department of Jurisprudence is run by Dmytro V. Kamenskyi, PhD in Law, Associate Professor. He is a young scientist with broad international relations. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Humanitarian University ‘Zaporizhzhia Institute of State and Municipal Administration’ in 2004 with a first class honours degree. In 2009, he graduated from Georgetown University Law Centre (Washington, D.C.) with a master’s degree in tax law. In 2010, Dmytro Kamenskyi defended his PhD thesis “Criminal Liability for Tax Crimes under Federal Laws of the USA” at the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine.

In their work on training future lawyers, the lecturers of the Department are guided by high standards in teaching and actively work on improving the methodology of legal education, enriching its content in accordance with the modern requirements, introducing innovative technologies and methods. They also create proper academic and professional conditions for comprehensive training of modern specialists and acquiring modern practice oriented knowledge by them.
